My drawings are mostly pen and ink: cities, landscapes, rivers, and the animals that live along them. Some were made during an artist residency in Finland, others come from travels and from the neighborhoods I've lived in. My photographs are mostly people portraits…

About
I’m a filmmaker, writer, and artist.

For the last fifteen years, I've been making independent documentaries, making art, recording music, and producing podcasts. I’m drawn to the spaces where people, nature, and technology intersect.
I recently completed an artist residency on the Koitajoki watershed in eastern Finland. I learned filmmaking telling climate stories around the world through my project Our Place on Earth. And I produce the People. Nature. Big Ideas. podcast for Trust for Public Land.
Right now, I'm finishing my debut novel about a divided world and the difficult, necessary work of imagining something better.
